Pascal started his career in New York City as an exporter of tech and electronic components and aircraft parts before switching to fundraising and M&A in the late nineties. He has more than twenty years of experience in the industry and has directly managed more than 200 successful deals in technology, media and impact investing.

Romain started his career in the US-based M&A team of Schneider Electric's IT business unit. He then joined Global Equities Corporate Finance in 2012 and co-founded Ader Finance in 2014 where he led 100+ fundraising rounds and M&A deals for high-growth companies. Romain is also an active business angel with dozens of investments, including Zenly (acquired by Snap Inc), Payfit, Indy, Ouihelp, Wavy (acquired by Treatwell), Masteos (acquired by Novaxia), Zeliq, etc. Romain is a graduate of EMLYON Business School.

Paul joined Ader Finance in 2025 to lead the firm’s Green & Impact practice and provide a valuable expertise in Small & MidCap transactions. Over the past 12+ years, he advised on 40+ M&A and LBO transactions across Europe, notably in recycling, renewable energy, water treatment, and decarbonation. Before joining Ader, Paul was Director at Edmond de Rothschild and previously worked at Rothschild & Co and Gottengreen. He started his career at Degroof Petercam and KPMG Corporate Finance. Paul is a graduate of HEC Paris and the London School of Economics.

Pierre started his career at Bpifrance where he advised 50+ Seed and Series A startups during their fundraising rounds. In 2020, Pierre joined Ader Finance where he led 30+ fundraising rounds and M&A deals, with a specific focus on software businesses, marketplaces, impact deals, and secondary transactions. Pierre is a graduate of EMLYON Business School.

Deborah joined Ader Finance in 2023. Before that, she was a fundraising specialist at Alpha Capital Partners for four years where she focused on tech and impact Series B deals. She also cofounded an e-commerce start-up and launched a music collective where she still volunteers. Deborah graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a Masters in Economics and Business.

Valentin joined Ader Finance in 2025 to leverage his experience in Small & MidCap transactions and strengthen the firm’s Green & Impact practice. Over the past 4 years, he worked on 15+ M&A (sell-side and buy-side), fundraising and LBO transactions across Europe, notably in software, financial services, circular economy, industry, real estate and leisure. Before joining Ader Finance, Valentin was an Analyst at Edmond de Rothschild and previously worked at UBS and Carmine Capital. Valentin is a graduate of EMYON Business School.

Jules Aveline a rejoint Ader Finance en tant qu'analyste senior en septembre 2025, après une première expérience en fusions-acquisitions et levées de fonds chez Cambon Partners, où il s'est spécialisé dans les transactions du secteur technologique. Au cours de ses différentes fonctions, il a contribué à plus de dix opérations de fusions-acquisitions et de levées de fonds. Jules est diplômé de l'ESCP Business School (promotion 2025).

Hélie joined Ader Finance in March 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he gained private equity experience at Extens, a healthcare software-focused fund. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL.

Germain a rejoint Ader Finance en tant qu'analyste en janvier 2026. Spécialisé en finance d'entreprise au sein du programme ESCP Grande École, il a acquis une expérience en services transactionnels chez BDO, ce qui lui a permis de développer un vif intérêt pour la banque d'investissement.
