Following a fundraising process led by Ader Finance, hemea raised €10m from LBO France and Daphni.

hemea is an architecture and construction studio that assists individuals with their home renovation projects. Today, hemea has completed its second round of financing, totaling €10 million, following an initial €5 million round in 2019.

“Half of homeowners are unsatisfied with their renovation project”. By combining digital technology with direct on-site support, hemea has rethought the often stressful “renovation” experience. Architects, project managers and experts support clients throughout the whole renovation process, facilitating and securing the execution of the work (administration, reflexion phase, materials selection, design phase, follow-up, etc.). To date, hemea’s 90 employees carry out around 450 projects per month, with an average basket of €50,000.

The fundraising will allow hemea to accelerate the energy renovation portion of its business, which is required by new regulations, as well as continue its geographical expansion in order to cover the entire country by 2025.
