Keldoc acquired by MNH Group
Ader Finance, Keldoc's long-standing partner, advised its shareholders on the sale to MNH Group (Mutuelle Nationale des Hospitaliers), a mutual group that has supported French hospitals for over 60 years.
Founded in 2012 by Eduardo Ronzano, Nicolas Douay, and Frédéric Malamitsas, Keldoc is the pioneer in France for online medical appointment booking solutions. Funded in 2013 and 2014 by a group of investors comprising the Alven Capital investment fund and business angels, Keldoc has become a major player among private practitioners, university hospitals (CHU), general hospitals (CH), and healthcare facilities.
The transaction, which took place a few months ago, was announced during Paris HealthCare Week 2016, which brought together professionals in equipment, solutions, and technologies for the management and transformation of healthcare facilities. On the occasion of this transaction, the value of which remains confidential, the original shareholders achieved a strong return on investment in record time.
Keldoc's integration into the MNH Group allows it to accelerate its establishment in the hospital sector and launch new offers for private practitioners who will benefit from the most attractive pricing on the market.
