Following a transaction advised by Ader Finance, Keldoc has been sold to the MNH Group.

Ader Finance, a long-standing partner of Keldoc, advised its shareholders in the sale to Groupe MNH (Mutuelle Nationale des Hospitaliers), a mutual insurance group that has been supporting French hospitals for over 60 years.

Founded in 2012 by Eduardo Ronzano, Nicolas Douay and Frédéric Malamitsas, Keldoc is a pioneer in France in online medical appointment booking solutions. Backed by a group of investors including Alven Capital and business angels in 2013 and 2014, Keldoc has become a major player among private doctors, university hospitals (CHU), general hospitals (CH) and healthcare institutions.

The transaction, completed a few months earlier, was announced during Paris Healthcare Week 2016, which brought together professionals in equipment, solutions and technologies for the management and transformation of healthcare facilities.

The amount of the deal remains confidential. The original shareholders achieved a strong return on investment in a short timeframe.

Keldoc’s integration into Groupe MNH will allow it to accelerate its expansion within hospitals and launch new offerings for private doctors, who will benefit from some of the most competitive pricing on the market.
