May raises 7 million euros to become the leading digital health partner for parents and future parents in Europe
May raises 7 million euros to expand its health services and accelerate its development in Europe. The operation, led by Eurazeo and Ring Capital, includes funding from InnovAllianz of Allianz France and Racine², co-managed by Serena and Makesense, already involved since 2022.
Cécilia Creuzet, co-founder and president of May, plans to strengthen her team of healthcare professionals and double the activity of the app, which has already supported over 400,000 parents in France. This funding adds to May's growth momentum, helping the company to broaden its services and open two new European markets by 2025.
Cécilia started her career in healthcare before co-founding May in 2020, with the aim of offering personalized support to parents and future parents. The app now provides a chat service available 7 days a week, from 8 am to 10 pm, staffed by over 80 healthcare professionals, as well as a database of content and tracking tools validated by experts.
With these new resources, May is set to expand its services to include pre-conception support, assisting couples wishing to have children. By extending its reach beyond France, the company aims to support one million parents and achieve more than one million euros in savings for the healthcare system by 2026.
