Sublime Skinz raises $5 million from ISAI
The online advertising specialist, founded in late 2012, has raised $5M in its first funding round, led by the entrepreneur fund ISAI through its growth equity vehicle.
Founded in December 2012, Sublime Skinz, a specialist in delivering high-impact visual advertising campaigns, offers a technology platform that democratizes the use of website skin formats. It enables publishers to better monetize their inventory, increases campaign effectiveness for advertisers and media buyers, and provides non-intrusive advertising to over 200 million internet users each month.
Sublime Skinz was founded by Jean-Marc Pericone, Jérémie Febvre, Marc Rouanet, and Romain Parent, who were quickly joined by Aymeric Le Corre and Christophe Ménard, all from the media and advertising sector.
Sublime Skinz is proud to announce its first funding round of $5M, secured from ISAI, to accelerate the deployment of its ambitious technological roadmap, as well as its international expansion, particularly in the United States. Following Paris, London, and San Francisco, a fourth office will be opened in New York by the end of the year.
To guide the project alongside the six co-founders, two prominent French web figures based in the US are joining the board of directors: Ouriel Ohayon (Appsfire, Techcrunch – based in California) and Fred Montagnon (Overblog, Teads, Secret Media – based in NYC).
"Ader Finance was a great help to us in the fundraising process, both in defining the best way to present our vision, in connecting with funds, and in supporting us through negotiations with potential investors." says Jean-Marc Pericone, President of Sublime Skinz.
