Zest Raises €6 Million and Aims to Become a Consolidator in the HRTech Sector

HRTech company Zest has raised €6 million in a funding round led by Reflexion Capital and Go Capital. Existing business angels who have supported the company since 2017 also participated in the operation, including Alain Dehaze, former CEO of Adecco, Jean-Stéphane Arcis, founder of Talentsoft, and Carlo Purassanta, EVP at ION Group and former President of Microsoft France.

Founded in 2016, Zest offers a comprehensive SaaS software suite built around three main pillars: Employee Listening, Succeeding, and Managing. The platform enables companies to better manage employee engagement and team performance through advanced features such as predictive analysis powered by generative AI.

Christophe Bergeon, founder and CEO of Zest, explains that employee engagement is the fuel behind corporate performance, and that Zest enables organizations to manage this strategic asset effectively. The solution is currently used by more than 300 clients, including U Enseigne and Celio, both of which have reported significant improvements in employee engagement and performance management.

Today, more than 250,000 users across over sixty countries rely daily on Zest’s solutions, whether working in retail stores, factories, or remotely, demonstrating the software suite’s effectiveness and growing impact on the global market.
